Counter sales and site delivery

We have supplied valves and fittings to contractors across Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates since the trade licence in the footer was first issued. Counter sales run from the warehouse six days a week, and scheduled site delivery covers Al Quoz, Ras Al Khor, Jebel Ali and the Sharjah industrial areas. Most orders placed before midday go out the same afternoon. Where an item is not on the shelf we say so and quote a lead time rather than quoting a date we cannot hold — the counter staff would rather lose the order than lose the contractor. Quotes hold for the period stated on them. Nothing on this page is a price: prices come back on a quote against the sizes and quantities you send, because what a contractor pays depends on the quantity, the specification and the delivery, and a number on a web page is none of those. Our team speak English, Arabic, Hindi and Malayalam, which is what the counter actually needs. Everything we stock is bought from the manufacturer or their appointed agent in the Emirates, and the paperwork comes with it: mill certificates where the specification calls for them, test certificates on request, and the manufacturer datasheet for anything a consultant has to approve before it goes in the ground. If a consultant rejects a submittal we will find the equivalent that passes rather than argue about the one that did not. Accounts are opened against a trade licence and a signed order, and payment terms are agreed between us and you directly, as they always have been in this trade. We are not a marketplace and nothing passes through anybody else on the way. The counter opens early because contractors start early, and somebody answers the phone during working hours rather than a menu. If you send a schedule we will price it line by line and tell you which lines are on the shelf today.
